A housing cooperative is not a retirement home or Government low income housing. A member is a human resource for its cooperative.
About us
From the outside, a housing co-op looks like any other apartment building in the neighborhood but it’s much more than just an apartment complex. It’s a community experience.
Living at the co-op
We have nice grounds with a lot of outdoor furniture, outdoor heated pool, children’s playground, petanque and community gardens.
Our apartments
Size of aparments: studios, 3 ½, 4 1/2 . Included in the rent: heating, hot water, stove and refrigerator, varnished wood floors. Parking available.
