Size of apartments, number of occupants permitted and rent on the leases:

1 ½ : maximum 1 occupant

3 ½ : maximum 2 occupants – see layout

4 ½ : minimum 2, maximum 4 occupants – see layout

Included in the rent: Heating, hot water, water tax, stove and fridge, varnished wood floors. Paint is supplied to new tenants (we do not paint, you have to paint yourself).

Cable service will be added to the lease for an additional charge.

PARKING IS NOT FREE AND ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE PER APARTMENT IS GUARANTEED BY THE LEASE. WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING SPACE FOR A SECOND VEHICLE.

During the first 6 months of residence you are not yet a member of the coop, but are on probation and must pay the full rent shown on the lease.

After 6 months you will be able to sign, on voluntary basis, the co-op member contract which grants you the members’ rebate in exchange for filling your co-op member obligations.

Members’ rebate: Members who respect their obligations and give time to the co-op are granted a rent rebate.

However, it should be understood that any breach of your contractual obligations (member contract, lease, building regulations, all other rules or policies of the cooperative) can result in the loss of the rent rebate provided to members of the cooperative.
